Return Policy

Item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery of the order.

Report Damaged Goods & Returns

Notification of goods damaged in transit or order discrepancies must be received within 5 days of date of invoice. Returns must be authorized and have a RGA number.
Items for return will be exchanged or credited at our discretion.

Return(s) must be authorized by a American Chromatography Supplies Service Representative within the limits set out in the company procedures.
